Responsibilities

• TRACK – Receive and handle all event equipment, including camera gear and marketing assets.
• EXECUTION – Set up Baller
  
  TV’s streaming system at each court or field; move safely and work efficiently.
• MONITOR – Ensure each game’s stream is steady; operate and troubleshoot equipment while maintaining communication with the team.
• ENJOY – Watch live sports while working.

Compensation

Rates vary by area but will be at least $16 per hour
. Daily shifts can be over 12 hours long, and weekend tournaments may exceed 30 hours. This role requires standing on your feet and lifting heavy objects.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must complete a pre‑event background check.
• Must be familiar with iOS devices and products.
• Must be personable and professional at all times.
• Must have the ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
• Must possess a positive winning attitude.

Preferred

• Experience in live event production, sports, or any customer‑facing position.
• Knowledge, interest, and experience within grassroots soccer, lacrosse, basketball, volleyball, football, and/or wrestling.
• Current and valid driver’s license to receive and transport event equipment.

Location

Must be local to the city listed; travel up to 40 miles one way may be required.
