Finance Solutions - Treasury and Working Capital Consultant, Senior Associate

At PwC, our finance consulting team specializes in providing services related to financial management and strategy. The Senior Associate will work closely with clients to analyze financial needs, develop strategies for capital structure optimization, manage liquidity and cash flow, and provide guidance on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other financial transactions.

Opportunity

As part of the Corporate Finance and Treasury team, you will conduct thorough analysis of clients' working capital performance, develop and implement working capital management strategies, and lead working capital management projects. You will analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain top standards while building client relationships and deepening your understanding of the business context.

What You Must Have
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years of experience in one or more of the following:
    • Working in a consulting environment advising corporates on finance, cash, and working capital transformation and/or technology enhancements
    • Selling and/or implementing technology solutions for finance (AP/AR) and treasury areas
    • Working directly in a corporation performing core working capital related activities
    • Working directly in a bank selling and implementing treasury and working capital solutions and products
What Sets You Apart
  • Master of Business Administration in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Finance & Technology, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, or Analytics (preferred)
  • CPA, CTP, or CFA (preferred)
  • Experience managing teams to deliver cash flow and working capital strategy
  • Experience conducting thorough analysis of working capital performance
  • Experience implementing process improvement opportunities
  • Experience utilizing data analytics tools for insights
  • Experience leading working capital management projects
  • Experience supporting business development activities
  • Ability to create a positive team environment

The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Compensation may include an annual discretionary bonus. For positions based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range. Actual compensation will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.
