Tax Associate — Greater Boston (3 days/week in office)

Compensation: $100K–$120K base + bonus (dependent on experience)

A leading private real estate investment management firm is seeking a Tax Associate to support tax compliance, reporting, and planning across a diversified real estate portfolio. This is a great opportunity for a tax professional with partnership and REIT experience to join a highly respected platform and work closely with senior leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Manage tax reporting and compliance for partnerships, corporations, REITs, and fund entities
• Coordinate with external advisors to ensure timely and accurate filings
• Monitor property activity and perform REIT compliance checks
• Prepare calculations for tax payments, extensions, and corporate distributions
• Maintain depreciation records and reconcile schedules
• Research and interpret tax regulations to guide decision-making
• Support annual tax provisions and financial reporting processes

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s in Accounting (CPA preferred)
• 4+ years of tax experience with partnerships & REITs
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with CCH Intelliconnect and BNA Fixed Assets a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
