Billing Representative

Vaco Boston has partnered with our client in Boston, MA to help finda Billing Representative to join its team.

• Prepare and review client invoices based on internal guidelines and client requirements.

• Ensure accuracy of daily billing activities and reports.

• Generate and distribute billing-related reports and respond to ad hoc requests.

• Assist with and provide training on billing tools and systems.

• Use various client billing platforms as needed.

• Provide backup support to the billing and finance team during absences or busy periods.

• Associate’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.

• 2–3 years of billing or accounting experience preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Experience in a professional services environment is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good written and verbal communication abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Comfortable working with numbers and financial data.

• Team-oriented with a professional and positive attitude.

• Able to handle confidential information discreetly.
