Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated associate to join our Corporate Trust Team in our Global Finance Practice Group, based in our Boston, MA office. The successful candidate will be involved in a varied and dynamic practice, ranging from new origination of collateralized debt obligations (CDOs) and other asset-backed securities, corporate bonds, and specialty finance to the resolution of distressed transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in new origination of collateralized debt obligations (CDOs) and other asset-backed securities.
• Work on corporate bonds and specialty finance projects.
• Manage the resolution of distressed transactions.
• Provide direct client contact and work independently on various financial matters.
• Draft and negotiate financial documents and agreements.
• Utilize strong financial and analytical skills to support client needs.

Qualifications:

• Two to four years of experience in corporate, structured finance, real estate or commercial finance, securities, public finance, or a combination of one or more of these areas.
• Strong financial, analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently with direct client contact.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Superb judgment and communication skills.
