Global Atlantic, a leading provider of retirement security and investment solutions, is a wholly‑owned subsidiary of KKR. The Pension Risk Operations Analyst will work within the Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) team in the Insurance Division, supporting new PRT transaction installations and coordinating with external clients and partners.

Location:

Boston, MA.

• Support the installation of all new PRT transactions.
• Coordinate with internal parties and Third Party Administrators (TPAs) to manage onboarding from point of sale to PRT administration setup.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project timelines, requirements documentation, reconciliation, and reporting are met.
• Assist with TPA oversight activities, including inquiry tracking, issue management, and reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 2+ years of relevant experience at an insurance company or financial/consulting firm.
• PRT experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Good quantitative and technical abilities with attention to detail.
• Solid organizational and time‑management skills for managing multiple concurrent projects.
• High energy, ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, and clear thinking under pressure.
• Ability to learn quickly, work independently and collaboratively.
• Drive, enthusiasm, creativity, excellent interpersonal skills.

Base salary range: $65,000—$90,000 USD.
