Funds Associate
We have an immediate opening for a Funds Associate in our Financial Services & Capital Markets strategic business unit. The candidate will work primarily with attorneys and will be expected to advise investment funds during all stages of their lifecycle, as well as their investors. Experience with private equity, private credit, and venture capital funds is preferred.

Responsibilities- Advise investment funds and their investors on legal matters arising throughout the funds’ lifecycle.
- Prepare and review fund documents, investment memoranda, and related compliance materials.
- Work closely with other attorneys to develop legal strategies and courses of action.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
- Three to five years of relevant experience (preferred).
- Strong academic credentials and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Active bar license in the relevant state, or commitment to obtain one promptly.
- Experience with fund advisory, private equity, private credit, and venture capital preferred.
• Base pay range: $215,000 – $285,000 per year (location-based adjustments apply).
• Associates eligible for a performance bonus and client development bonus.
