Chief Financial Officer – Managed Services/IT Transformation Services Growth

Our client is a well-established and growing middle-market technology services enterprise with a growing international reach. Service offerings have been built out with managed services, professional services and IT transformation consulting revenue streams. The business is under the ownership of a growth-focused private equity sponsor and is undertaking ambitious growth strategies, organic and acquisitive.

We are seeking a strategically-minded CFO who will partner with the CEO and leadership team in leading performance improvement and business growth strategies backed by sound financial reporting and analysis. You will have proven success professionalizing operations by developing robust financial reporting processes, financial controls and insightful KPI dashboards as well as integrating systems and building out/overseeing an impactful FP&A function.

This position requires demonstrated success leading acquisitive growth initiatives within a leveraged environment and will be responsible for taking on a hands-on approach aligning the finance and accounting function to drive productivity while supporting growth. Ideal industry background would include IT Services or Business/Commercial or Financial Services in a complex, technology enabled environment.
