Hybrid Accounting Manager - $130K - $140K + Bonus

Become a part of our team as an Accounting Manager, responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties. In this role, you will collaborate closely with third‑party property teams to ensure precise and compliant financial reporting, oversee loan compliance, and offer audit support. The position provides a hybrid work arrangement, requiring in‑office attendance on Mondays and Wednesdays, with the option to choose a consistent third in‑office day.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real‑estate accounting and proficiency in property management software, with MRI experience being an advantage. The salary ranges from $130,000 to $140,000, along with a bonus of 10‑15%.

• Supervise property‑level accounting and coordinate with third‑party property teams
• Analyze financial reports, budgets, and tax‑related calculations
• Handle mortgage payments, lender reporting, and loan compliance
• Provide audit assistance and support development project accounting
• Work with Acquisitions and Disposition teams on due diligence and post‑closing processes
• Oversee joint venture accounting, including capital calls, distributions, and waterfall calculations

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business
• 5+ years of property accounting experience in commercial real estate
• Strong understanding of GAAP, tax accounting, and tenant recoveries (CAM)
• Proficiency with financial software (MRI preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
