Commercial Property Accounting Manager

Commercial Property Accounting Manager - Up to $160K

We are seeking a Commercial Property Accounting Manager to lead financial reporting and property accounting for a growing portfolio of commercial real estate assets. This role offers high visibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to influence financial performance across prime commercial properties. You will manage CAM recoveries, audits, and loan compliance, serving as the primary financial point of contact for property operations.

• Competitive salary $140K - $160K + bonus

• Own the full accounting process — CAM recoveries, tenant reconciliations, and loan compliance

• 5+ years of commercial property accounting experience
• Expertise in CAM recoveries and financial statement/audit preparation
• Hands‑on experience with loan compliance reporting and covenant monitoring

• Experience with MRI or similar property management software
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Familiarity with real estate investment accounting
