Tax Manager Hybrid

Tax Manager - $130,000 + Bonus - Hybrid

We’re hiring an experienced Tax Manager to lead tax engagements and review returns for diverse clients in a fast-paced public accounting setting. You’ll work with a seasoned team, guide junior staff, and contribute to strategic tax planning and client advisory services.

• Prepare and review complex returns (1040, 1041, 1065, 1120, 1120S, 990)
• Supervise, train, and review work of junior tax staff
• Advise clients on tax-saving strategies and business planning
• Stay updated on tax law changes and apply findings in real time
• Support audit preparation and client interactions

• 4+ years of experience in a public accounting firm
• Proven experience reviewing tax filings and leading teams
• CPA license (or actively pursuing certification)

• Proficiency with CCH Axcess and Quick Books
• Experience preparing nonprofit returns (990)
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and client communication

• Hybrid – 3 days in-office (Wednesday required)
