Real Estate - Director of Finance up to $230k/yr

Stepinto a leadership role in a dynamic investment firm where innovation and opportunity meet. We’re seeking a Director of Finance to oversee corporate accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance for our private equity andreal estate investments.

Compensation and Perks:

• Salary Range:$180,000–$230,000/year

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with the CFO on corporate finance initiatives, budgeting, and fund planning
• Oversee accounting, investor reporting, and tax filings for corporate entities, private equity investments, and real estate assets
• Play a pivotal role in structuring acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and new real estate funds
• Supervise and mentor a team of Controllers, AP/AR managers, and fund accountants, while planning forfuture hires as the company scales
• Stay ahead of SEC regulations,internal controls, and tax requirements for REITs, partnerships, and private equity investments
• Identify process improvements and enhance financial reporting systems

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in finance or accounting with a strong focus on real estate investments
• Expertise in REITs, open-ended funds, and fair value GAAP reporting
• Knowledge of private REIT taxation, K-1 filings, partnerships, and S-corps
• Leadership experience managing finance teams and corporate financial operations
• CPA designation is a plus.
• Background in both public and private accounting environments preferred
