• Analyst Intermediate possess demonstrated knowledge and experience in the application of analytic methodologies and principles to address client needs, evaluate project objectives and contribute to the implementation of strategic direction.
• The Analyst Intermediate will perform analyst functions including:
• Data collection
• Interviewing
• Data modeling
• Research
• Other analyst duties as assigned, including support for surveying efforts.
• Conduct activities in support of project team's objectives and demonstrates strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Analyst Intermediates work closely with senior program and other project team members.
• Analyst Intermediates additional duties may include use of tools, analysis, budgeting, cost control, statistical process control, risk modeling and analysis.
• Other duties as assigned

• Must possess familiarity with financial systems.
• Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to prepare and make group/executive presentations.
• Must possess resourcefulness, initiative, and the ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail in goal/task accomplishment with minimal supervision.
• Ability to meet planned and unscheduled deadlines in a timely manner.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

• Experience using Microsoft 365 including Word and Power Point
• Experience creating dashboards and reports in Power BI, including Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) formulas
• Experience integrating SharePoint and Excel for real-time data analysis with advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, including Pivot tables

• High School Diploma, or equivalent
