• Competitive base salary up to $100k
• 10-15% annual bonus + 12% profit‑sharing plan

• Compile financial statements, regulatory reports, and customized investor reports
• Perform accounting reconciliations and classify trade activities
• Assist with international regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., Luxembourg, Ireland, Cayman Islands)
• Manage consolidated reporting across legal entities and provide audit support
• Analyze and apply accounting standards, preparing detailed qualitative and quantitative disclosures
• Contribute to the preparation of materials for Board meetings and compliance assessments

• 3-5 years of public accounting experience (Big 4 or large firm preferred)
• CPA certification (or actively pursuing) required
• Financial services clients experience mandatory (hedge fund/private equity a plus)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
  Total Return system knowledge a plus
