Join Intuit as a Turbo Tax Live Seasonal Local Service Associate. This role combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

Intuit seeks highly motivated individuals to serve customers both in‑person and virtually from Turbo Tax locations across the United States on a seasonal basis. As an Associate you will act as a trusted advisor, empowering customers to achieve positive financial outcomes while supporting Intuit’s mission of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Provide tax expertise and full‑service tax return preparation, assisting with simple to complex situations such as personal income, business income, amendments, and investments.
• Be a proactive community ambassador by building a local client base, organizing events, and nurturing long‑term relationships.
• Educate and communicate confidently, representing Turbo Tax in local marketing efforts and hosting learning events.
• Deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience, ensuring professionalism and genuine interest in helping clients achieve financial goals.

• Active PTIN holder
• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Available to work at least 24 hours per week at a Turbo Tax location.
• Interest in building a local and online presence in line with Intuit policies.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Must reside within the United States.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any required state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Intuit provides a competitive base pay range and a profit‑sharing approach. Base pay varies by region (e.g., Bay Area California $23.70‑$28.00; Southern California $23.70‑$28.00; Colorado $22.60‑$26.70; etc.). Positions are eligible for cash bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits. Pay is based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Intuit conducts regular pay equity comparisons across ethnicity and gender.
