Finance Transformation - Consultant/Manager

Finance Transformation – Consultant/Manager

Lead and/or support project teams engaged in delivering a wide range of Financial Transformation initiatives that align finance with business strategy to support the organization’s future vision.

Help develop finance strategies by assessing clients’ business challenges, needs, and gaps; diagnose root problems; and recommend approaches leveraging the company's assets.

Create strategies and blueprints that define end-to-end finance processes (e.g., Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report) and utilize robotic process automation to accelerate transaction processing.

Identify and support business development initiatives; participate in and lead proposal development processes.

Develop thought leadership and disseminate information on current and emerging trends in finance and digital technologies.

Maintain an understanding of technological advancements across digital, analytics, the CFO ecosystem, and the broader marketplace.

Who you are:
  • Finance-focused with at least 5 years of experience in finance and strategic consulting.
  • Solid understanding of finance functions, operating models, organizational structures, and process best practices.
  • Experience in engagement management, business development, practice, and people development.
  • Working knowledge of analytics, forecasting, and finance technologies (e.g., process automation, planning analytics, core financial systems).
  • Experience with finance technologies such as Anaplan, Cognos, Hyperion, OBIEE, Tableau, Fusion, etc.
  • ERP understanding (SAP, Oracle, Workday).
  • Experience leading projects and project teams, with the ability to conduct key requirement workshops with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate value propositions and document requirements clearly.
