Responsibilities
• Finalizing month‑end close items including posting journal entries and preparing reconciliations
• Supporting quarterly schedules, including updating accruals
• Creating initial drafts of financial statements for external review
• Facilitating year‑end audit processes
• Collaborating on upcoming property closings and debt financings
Qualifications
• CPA
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role
• Real‑estate/property‑management industry experience highly preferred
• Experience in Yardi or Sage is a plus
Salary – Negotiable
$125,000 - $150,000
