Assistant Fund Controller

About The Company- Founded over 30 years ago, invested billions in U.S. properties
- Locations in several states, invests in residential, industrial, hospitality, and office/retail spaces
- Relaxed office environment focused on work standards and team collaboration
- Finalizing month‑end close items including posting journal entries and preparing reconciliations
- Supporting quarterly schedules, including updating accruals
- Creating initial drafts of financial statements for external review
- Facilitating year‑end audit processes
- Collaborating on upcoming property closings and debt financings
- CPA
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Real‑estate/property‑management industry experience highly preferred
- Experience in Yardi or Sage is a plus
$125,000 - $150,000
Seniority Level- Mid‑Senior level
