Base pay range
$56,250.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr
Our client is seeking a Senior Analyst to support daily operations within Asset‑Liability Management and provide advanced financial analysis across treasury and risk functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate reporting, strong controls, and data‑driven insights that support sound financial and risk management decisions.
The Impact This Role Will Have
The Senior Analyst will contribute to the effective execution of treasury and risk processes while partnering across the organization to strengthen financial performance and governance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting daily ALM and treasury operations, including liquidity, market, and interest‑rate risk activities
- Contributing to cash management, capital management, and related financial processes
- Reviewing and validating the accuracy of financial and operational reports
- Performing reconciliations, variance analysis, and forecasting of key financial metrics
- Monitoring compliance with internal standards, policies, and risk limits
- Supporting a strong internal control framework, including execution and documentation of SOX controls
- Preparing accounting entries and required financial reports
- Ensuring treasury policies and procedures are consistently understood and followed
- Collaborating across business teams to develop data‑driven initiatives that improve performance
- Communicating findings and insights clearly to internal stakeholders
- Providing analytical and operational support to senior leaders as needed
- Taking on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve
What Our Client Is Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or a related field
- Experience in Asset‑Liability Management, Liquidity Risk, Cash Management, Capital Management, or Capital Allocation preferred
- Exposure to Recovery & Resolution planning, Interest‑Rate Risk, or Funds Transfer Pricing is a plus
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment
- Results‑oriented mindset with a sense of urgency and accountability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder‑engagement abilities
- Advanced analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to research and interpret financial data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
