• The Company:
  Growing SaaS company with $25M in revenue transitioning from an entrepreneurial stage environment to a sophisticated financial organization.
• The Growth:
  Profitable company that grew 25% last year and is forecasted to grow another 20‑25% this year.
• Opportunity:
  As the right hand to the CFO, the Controller oversees the accounting and finance functions.
• The Exposure:
  The Controller will be expected to operate through all levels of the organization and align processes and systems to fully execute the company’s growth strategy.

• Responsibility for all aspects of the day‑to‑day financial management of the company including preparation of the monthly financial package; management of GL accounts, annual audit and submission of government and related tax returns; and financial planning.
• Develop and implement business process improvement initiatives and strategies.
• Further develop guidelines and processes corresponding to the rapid growth of the company.
• Continually review accounting policies and procedures to ensure that the company is compliant with GAAP and statutory accounting.

• Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance, or experience equivalent
  • CPA, MBA or MS in Finance/Accounting is a plus
• 7+ years of hands‑on experience working in an accounting and financial management function in a high‑growth company
• SaaS experience highly preferred
