Responsibilities:

• Monthly, quarterly, and year end reporting & financial statement preparation
• Maintenance of the GL, preparation of journal entries
• Preparation of fee calculations (management fees, capital call amounts, distribution amounts, carried interest and waterfall) and verifying that calculations are in accordance with the applicable terms
• Treasury responsibilities including cash reconciliations / review for the funds
• Partner with internal and external Tax business partners for review of K-1 activity
• Compliance responsibilities / partnering with the legal team for any regulatory requirements
• Resolve audit inquiries from external auditors during year-end audit
• Perform additional duties as and when assigned

Experience Necessary:

• BA/BS degree in Accounting from an accredited college/university required; MST preferred
• CPA is a plus, but not required
• 3+ years of Public Tax, or Financial Services Assurance, preferably with Private Equity clients
• Desire for growth & promotion within the company
