FP&A Manager

Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking a FP&A Manager to work at their HQ for a hybrid work model. This role reports to the Associate Director of FP&A.

Summary:

As Manager of FP&A, you'll lead reporting and planning across multiple business units, analyze trends that guide decisions, and partner with functional leaders to drive profitability. This highly visible role owns ad hoc analyses and the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning cadence for the FP&A team. Join a very stable, progressive company with a 100+ year brand legacy.

Core Focus:

* Lead reporting and planning across business units

* Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning

* Partner with functional leaders to provide analytical insights

Key Responsibilities:

* Business partnering with functional leaders

* Manage annual budget process

* Lead financial forecasts (monthly, quarterly, annual, multi-year)

* Prepare templates and presentations for reporting

* Analyze variances between actual vs. planned figures

* Collaborate with accounting and revenue teams

* Automate data preparation and reporting

* Improve reporting systems and processes
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Business (MBA a plus)

* 5-8 years of Corporate FP&A experience

* Advanced Excel and analytical tools

* Proven success in financial reporting, budgeting, resource allocation, and long-range planning

* Experience leading or strong aptitude for developing others

* Excellent organization and presentation skills with a high bar for accuracy

* High motivation, strong communication, and comfort thriving in an agile, entrepreneurial environment

* Familiarity with Adaptive Insights and Net Suite financials is a plus
