OpportunityDeliver creative and innovative actuarial solutions to high-profile property and casualty insurance companies worldwide. Lead engagement teams, work directly with clients, mentor team members, and build a personal brand as a leader in your field.
Key Responsibilities- Lead engagement teams on reserving, actuarial opinion, and regulatory services.
- Drive rate making analytics and services.
- Redesign actuarial processes and integrate software solutions.
- Apply predictive analytics and data visualization.
- Provide market strategy advice and reinsurance analysis.
- Deliver ad hoc financial reporting advice.
- Build strong client relationships and consistently deliver high-quality services.
- Monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed.
- Stay abreast of business, regulatory, and industry trends relevant to the client.
- Demonstrate in-depth technical actuarial expertise and professional knowledge.
- Exhibit strong business acumen and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Commit to developing a strong personal brand by staying informed of economic and market developments.
- Progress toward professional credentials from the Casualty Actuarial Society.
- Associate’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an actuarial position.
- Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) or actively pursuing associate status with a minimum of 5 exams passed.
- 2 years of experience with Excel, SAS, VBA, and/or C++.
- Strong writing, presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and persuade on complex subjects verbally and in writing.
- Experience working in a team environment on project-based work.
- 2 years of experience with R, Python, or other relevant programming languages.
- Previous consulting experience or experience implementing new processes in a corporate environment.
- Intellectually curious people with a passion for actuarial work, great communication skills, and flexibility in the face of changing projects.

What We Offer You- Comprehensive compensation and benefits with a base salary range from $110,500 to $202,700 across all U.S. locations.
