Job Title: Fund Accountant – Multi-Strategy Funds
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)
Compensation: $100K–$115K Base + Bonus 10–15%

A leading multi-strategy investment firm is seeking a Fund Accountant to join its accounting team supporting hedge, private equity, and credit strategies. This hands‑on role offers broad exposure across products and functions in a lean, high‑visibility environment
. You will collaborate closely with investment, operations, compliance, and client relations teams to ensure accurate reporting, efficient fund operations, and a strong investor experience.

• Oversee fund accounting and operations for multiple alternative investment vehicles.
• Coordinate with third‑party administrators on NAVs, audits, financial statements, and investor reporting.
• Support valuations, budgeting, treasury, and regulatory filings in partnership with internal teams.
• Assist with new fund launches and process enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Partner with senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders on ongoing fund and investor deliverables.

• 3–5 years of experience in fund accounting, fund administration, or public accounting.
• Background in alternative investments preferred (hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, funds‑of‑funds, or multi‑strategy).
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and familiarity with partnership accounting standards.
• CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a hands‑on, fast‑paced, and collaborative environment.
