Bain Capital is one of the world’s leading private investment firms with $205bn of assets under management. The Real Estate team, led by Ryan Cotton, focuses on thesis‑driven, thematic investments and has acquired approximately 700 assets with total equity commitments of $10.7bn.

The Summer Analyst role is a 10‑week, Boston‑based opportunity. Analysts learn to evaluate investment opportunities through fundamental strategic analysis and advanced financial modeling, working alongside Bain Capital professionals on real deals.

• Examine investment opportunities and construct detailed financial models.
• Apply strategic analysis to assess fit and value‑creation potential.
• Support the Real Estate team’s due‑diligence and deal‑execution activities.
• Prepare concise recommendations for senior investment decision‑makers.

• Self‑motivated, creative thinker with strong commercial instincts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively.
• Excellent academic record from a top undergraduate school.

Expected weekly base salary: $2,100. Actual base salary will be determined by role, experience, and location.
