Duration: 3 month contract

Reports to: CFO

We are partnered on a contract role with a growing International Company, seeking an experienced Finance professional to lead a critical project aimed at optimizing and harmonizing the Finance function across multiple international entities. This role will oversee process improvements, systems implementation, and standardization initiatives following a recent acquisition.

• Direct and coordinate Finance teams across Germany, USA, and other international subsidiaries.
• Evaluate and implement consolidation tools in Net Suite (One World) or compatible solutions (e.g., Luca Net).
• Standardize close and reporting processes to achieve Work Day 6 monthly reporting
  .
• Implement balance sheet account reconciliation tools (e.g.,
  Blackline
  ).

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS reporting (preference, German and/or European)
• Proven international Finance experience, ideally in multi-entity environments.
• Familiarity with Oracle Net Suite
  ; experience with Luca Net and/or Blackline is a plus.
• Ability to manage complex projects and collaborate across global teams.

• Background in Finance leadership roles within mid-sized, growth-oriented companies.
• Experience in post-acquisition integration and process harmonization.
• Knowledge of project accounting and cash-flow planning.
• Fluency in German
• German HGB reporting experience
