We’re looking for a Manager – Financial Operations to oversee day-to‑day client financial processes, reporting, and team execution. This role is perfect for an experienced finance professional who is ready to step into leadership, manage a client book, and drive operational excellence in a fast‑growing firm.

• Manage client financial reporting, investment tracking & asset consolidation
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, tax planning coordination & regulatory standards
• Leverage financial technology (Sage Intacct, Net Suite, Addepar) to enhance reporting
• Lead and mentor a team of accountants and financial operations associates

• 6+ years in financial operations, accounting, or wealth management
• Strong knowledge of reporting, controls, and compliance requirements
• Prior family office or UHNW client experience preferred
• Collaborative leader with excellent problem‑solving and communication skill
