The Account manager will provide dedicated support to hedge fund clients serviced through the Boston Prime Financial Services office. The successful candidate will act as a key representative of J.P. Morgan’s Prime Financial Services platform, delivering exceptional service and expertise to both current and prospective clients.

Job Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key client decision makers, strengthening engagement through regular communication, meetings, and industry events.
  • Prime Brokerage Solutions: Proactively introduce clients to new Prime Finance products, technology enhancements, and regulatory developments, ensuring clients are informed and positioned to benefit from the latest offerings.
  • Business Development: Leverage client relationships to identify and drive opportunities for Prime Finance business growth and increased revenue, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Portfolio and Balance Optimization: Ability to analyze client metrics, balance trends, and portfolio composition, helping clients on strategies to optimize their balance mix, return metrics, and overall revenue generation.
  • Holistic Client Coverage: Deliver a comprehensive suite of J.P. Morgan products by analyzing the client’s business holistically, identifying cross-product opportunities across equities, fixed income, synthetics, FX, and futures clearing.
  • Client Experience Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end client experience, ensuring seamless delivery of product, technology, and operational support. Lead initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and continuously improve Prime Finance offerings.
Required Qualifications , Capabilities, and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and cultivate strong client relationships.
  • Energetic self-starter with a keen interest in learning the business and a drive to enhance and expand our product offerings.
  • Foundational understanding of investment operations and financial markets.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional oral presentation, persuasive communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Series 3, 7, and 63 preferred or willing to attain within 6 months of joining.
