A prestigious law firm founded in 1899 and headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, specializes in servicing national and international clients across strategic practice areas. They are seeking a Trust Advisor to join their Wealth Management Group.
Job Responsibilities:- Assist Trustees with administrative decisions and ensure accounts are administered according to document terms.
- Maintain frequent direct contact with multiple generations of family members.
- Support partners and clients on financial, personal, and estate planning matters.
- Monitor cash flow, perform budget analysis, and assist with financial planning decisions.
- Coordinate account activity, including receipts, disbursements, and account management.
- Oversee asset custody and coordinate with external advisors and family consultants.
- Ensure effective inter-departmental communication and service coordination.
- Financial, accounting, or legal background with a related degree required.
- Strong understanding of income taxes, investments, and estate planning.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with high-net-worth clients.
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Complex project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000
