In this role at PwC, you will help assess client needs, develop financial solutions, and deliver practical guidance that supports better decision-making and stronger financial performance within our Finance Consulting practice.
Responsibilities
- Leading finance transformation work streams that improve financial operations, controls, and cost efficiency
- Managing client engagement planning, budgeting, timelines, and delivery across multiple project activities
- Guiding teams in assessing financial processes and identifying opportunities for automation and process redesign
- Developing solutions for finance systems implementation, shared services, and operating model improvements
- Reviewing deliverables for accuracy across accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and financial reporting activities
- Leveraging financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting skills to support decision making and client recommendations
- Coaching team members on accounting practices, internal controls, and transaction processing approaches
- Building relationships with client leaders to clarify needs, address issues, and navigate changing priorities
- Applying digital tooling and AI fluency to streamline work and improve operational performance
- Validating work against professional and technical standards and reinforcing firm policies and independence requirements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study:
Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Risk Management/Insurance
- At least one of the following:
Certified Public Accountant
- Demonstrating finance transformation experience within client service settings
- Leveraging finance operations knowledge across order to cash and reporting
- Managing project planning, budgeting, and deliverable timelines
- Coaching teams through change, feedback, and performance development
- Utilizing technology and digital tooling to improve finance processes
Travel Requirements Up to 60%
Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
