Atlantic Group is hiring an Investor Relations Associate in Boston, MA for our client, supporting institutional investor relations, client service, fundraising, and investor communications. This role will manage investor inquiries, due diligence, reporting, and relationship management while supporting capital raising initiatives and ongoing engagement with institutional investors across multiple investment strategies. Professional fluency in Japanese is required.
Responsibilities as the Investor Relations Associate:- Investor Relations: Serve as a primary contact for Japanese institutional investors and support ongoing client service and relationship management activities.
- Fundraising Support: Assist with capital raising initiatives across funds, separate accounts, co-investments, and other investment solutions.
- Due Diligence: Coordinate RFPs, DDQs, data rooms, consultant databases, investor requests, and other due diligence work streams.
- Investor Reporting: Prepare and review presentations, portfolio updates, market commentary, performance reporting, and other investor communications in Japanese and English.
- Client Engagement: Coordinate investor meetings, portfolio reviews, due diligence sessions, and other institutional investor engagements.
- Translation & Communication: Provide Japanese and English translation and interpretation of investment materials, portfolio information, and investor communications.
- Bilingual: Professional fluency in Japanese and English is required, including the ability to communicate complex investment information in both languages.
- Experience: 3+ years of investor relations, client service, fundraising, investment management, or related financial services experience is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of institutional investing, investment strategies, portfolio performance, fundraising, and investor due diligence is required.
- Technical
Skills:
Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency is required, with experience using CRM, investor reporting, or investment management systems preferred. - Skills & Attributes: Strong relationship management, written and verbal communication, presentation, organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple investor deliverables are required.
