My client south of Boston is seeking a Head of Finance. This role would work alongside the C-Suite and senior leadership committee to manage all aspects of the company's finance & accounting. It would oversee a mid-sized team for a large, national organization within the not-for-profit space.
This role would be hybrid (2 or 3 days on-site).
Qualified applicants must have the following:
- Nonprofit, insurance, healthcare, or consumer services industry experience
- Controller / Director / Head of Finance / CFO level experience
- 8+ years of experience
- Minimum Bachelor's degree with CPA preferred
Compensation package is up to $220K + bonus + benefits
