The firm primarily targets investments of $25–100 million in gross property value and creates value through lease‑up, repositioning, recapitalization, management turnaround and development. Our client is seeking an Associate Director, Investor Relations, to become a leading voice of the firm’s investment story in the institutional marketplace. This is a front‑line role for a storyteller with genuine investment fluency: someone who can translate strategy, portfolio performance and market conviction into a clear, credible and compelling narrative that resonates with pension plans, endowments, foundations and the consultants who advise them.
