Senior Financial Analyst, Global Finance - Converse

The Senior Financial Analyst, Global Finance is a valuable contributor on the dynamic Global Finance team, delivering financial insights and reports to the CFO and Converse Leadership team. In this role, the analyst partners closely with functional and geo leaders across the world to support the creation and execution of Converse strategies. The analyst is part of the Global Finance team responsible for bringing together insightful, financially disciplined analysis to support the Converse transformation agenda.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L consolidation reporting
• Ensure accuracy of financial data as well as maintain and enhance reporting systems
• Prepare and distribute timely and insightful financial analysis to measure progress against strategic plan, work with partners to ensure accountability, and support marketplace decisions
• Actively interpret and review financial results with senior leaders, including trends/issues and opportunities, to drive actionable responses
• Orchestrate and execute monthly forecasting and reporting process, understanding and advising the appropriate levers to pull across geographies and P&L dimensions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clearly understand risks and opportunities to financial forecasts and to advise strategies to help the business achieve financial objectives through financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Continuously streamline processes and tools in respect to business planning, aiming to improve efficiency without sacrificing quality

• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail paired with the ability to see the bigger picture
• Strong work ethic and a desire to continuously learn and help evolve the department and how we service internal stakeholders
• Extensive experience in financial modeling
• Expert Excel skills
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, strategic planning, economics or related field; any suitable combination of education, experience and training will be accepted
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a business-related field and/or budgeting at a Fortune 500 company
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills while being independent and resourceful
• Strong understanding of P&L structure, accounting fundamentals, and month-end close mechanics
• High attention to detail and accuracy with tight deadlines
• Ability to thrive in a changing environment with agility, curiosity, and passion to create extraordinary value
• Strong ability to communicate complex and/or challenging topics and concepts
• Strong ability to pivot between financial analysis and business partnership activities
• Client service attitude and ability to exercise high degree of professionalism
• Ability to manage multiple and changing processes and priorities

• SAP, BI, Tableau experience preferred
• Experience in retail or manufacturing industry preferred

• The annual base salary for this position ranges from $83,800.00 in our lowest geographic market to $ in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.
