Senior FP&A Associate Boston, MA

A leading global private investment firm is seeking a Senior FP&A Associate to support its growing private markets platform. This is an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and business unit stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and long-term strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for assigned business units.
• Support long-term financial planning and translate business developments into financial projections.
• Prepare management reporting and analyze financial trends for senior leadership.
• Partner with finance, accounting, compensation, and business unit leaders to align budgets and actual results.
• Assist with financial reporting adjustments and management-basis P&L preparation.
• Contribute to ad hoc financial analysis and strategic projects.

Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of experience in FP&A or accounting, in public accounting or industry.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems;
  Anaplan experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
