Your main tasks

Financial Business Partner for Product aligned work teams (Product Management and Project Management). Global scope.

Development of new product financials and investment business cases. PAC member.

Management of Capital Expense requests and budgeting.

Cadence leader of regular portfolio-focused financial reviews.

Support team to maintain dashboards and reports for business partners.

Sales & Margin forecasting for Commit Forecasts. Margin mix reporting and analysis.

Annual Recost process member.

CRA Process owner.

Opportunity to manage a team of 1 direct report. Team capabilities assessment and development.

Your ideal Background Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Business AdministrationMBA a plus5+ years plus in progressive financial roles

An understanding Manufacturing and S&OP processes, and the financial implications thereof.

Experienced user of financial consolidation systems, ERP systems (SAP), spreadsheet analysis

Ability to create pro forma or forecasted financial statements.

Drill-down variance analysis to explain root-cause and the story behind the numbers.

Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, adapted for the intended audience. Able to tactfully highlight and defend positions in front of senior management.

Ability to develop talent, and effectively coach and motivate financial analysts and others
