Manager, International Tax

Global Public Company

Comp: $145K–$175K base + bonus

Location: Boston, MA — 3 days onsite, Tuesday–Thursday

• Provide tax planning insights and research to optimize tax structures globally
• Evaluate tax impacts related to intercompany transactions, restructurings, entity rationalizations, capital planning projects
• Lead the evaluation of U.S. International Tax positions such as GILTI, FDII, BEAT, and FTC
• Lead the timely filing of tax returns across multiple jurisdictions
• Oversee tax audits and controversy across multiple jurisdictions
• Partner with tax operations, transfer pricing, and indirect tax teams to ensure that the tax considerations for business initiatives and tax planning projects are appropriately evaluated
• Supervise global tax developments; support readiness and compliance with global tax initiatives
• Drive improvements to standardize, streamline, and automate workflows and tax processes

• 5+ years of international tax experience
• Public accounting and large multinational corporate tax experience is preferred
• Strong U.S. international tax technical background in GILTI, FDII, BEAT, FTC
• ASC 740 / tax provision experience
• CPA and/or MST preferred
• Strong communication skills
