A diverse Boston-area PE / family office is hiring an FP&A leader as a trusted financial partner to senior leadership — owning models end-to-end, translating outputs into narrative for decision support, and driving FP&A across an active investment portfolio. Suits a hands‑on “working manager” with 8+ years' corporate FP&A or management consulting. Hybrid, mostly on-site; must live within commuting distance of Boston.
Aboutthe job
This is not a traditional FP&A seat: it offers regular visibility with senior leadership, ownership of financial models end‑to‑end, and the strategic context behind the numbers in a dynamic, entrepreneurial family office environment.

- 8+ years in Corporate FP&A or Management Consulting (strong preference for one of these two backgrounds)
- A solid “working manager” — hands‑on ownership of models, not just oversight
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, and AI tool proficiency

- High EQ, executive presence, and discretion in a family office setting
