Financial Services Coordinator

Baystate Financial is seeking a Financial Services Coordinator to join our growing Operations team.

This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in either Investment Services or Insurance Services
, depending on your experience and interests.

Working closely with advisors, clients, custodians, insurance carriers, and internal teams, you'll help ensure business is processed accurately, efficiently, and with a superior client experience.

Depending on your assigned specialty, responsibilities may include:

• Process life insurance applications from submission through placement
• Monitor underwriting requirements and case progress
• Communicate with advisors, carriers, vendors, and clients
• Resolve outstanding requirements and processing issues
• Support policy delivery and placement activities

• Process new account applications, transfers, rollovers, and account maintenance requests
• Coordinate paperwork and requirements with advisors, clients, and custodians
• Monitor account activity and service requests
• Resolve operational issues and maintain accurate records

• Serve as a trusted resource for advisors and support staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and workflow records
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service
• Support operational best practices and department initiatives

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
• 1-5 years of experience in financial services, insurance operations, investment operations, banking, or client service
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Insurance or securities industry experience is a plus
