Treasury Manager

Description Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking a Treasury Manager responsible for overseeing cash management, banking relationships, treasury operations, and financial controls. This role manages liquidity, supports financial decision-making, and ensures effective treasury processes within a complex, high-revenue organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage daily cash positioning, liquidity, and overall cash management activities
* Monitor cash balances and support short- and long-term cash forecasting
* Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and credit card processors
* Oversee banking transactions and treasury-related activities
* Maintain and strengthen internal controls surrounding cash and treasury operations
* Monitor treasury activities for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
* Develop financial and treasury reporting for management
* Build and maintain dashboards to track cash and treasury metrics
* Analyze treasury data and provide recommendations to leadership
* Support banking services, credit facilities, and other financial arrangements
* Assist with bond-related activities as needed
* Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes and controls Requirements
* Bachelor's degree required;
Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
* Strong cash management and treasury experience
* Experience managing banking relationships and working with credit card processors
* Strong understanding of internal controls and treasury processes
* Experience working within a large or upper mid-market organization
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including XLOOKUP
* Experience developing dashboards and financial reporting
* Experience with Kyriba or similar treasury management systems preferred
* Bond experience preferred
