Description Manager – Enterprise FP&A

Job Summary

This role will help advance the CFO's long-term vision for Finance by translating strategic priorities into practical, technology-enabled solutions and supporting their implementation across the broader Finance organization. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise FP&A, the individual will play an important role in coordinating and executing a multi-year transformation of how Finance plans, analyzes, and reports financial and operational performance, with a focus on building more integrated, efficient, and forward-looking capabilities.

The role requires a combination of financial acumen, strong project management skills, technology fluency, and an ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Working closely with Enterprise FP&A leadership and broader Finance stakeholders, the individual will help translate future-state objectives into actionable project plans, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and support the delivery of solutions from initial concept through implementation and adoption.

Key areas of focus include modernizing management reporting and performance analytics, improving connectivity across strategic, capital, and financial planning, and exploring opportunities to leverage automation, AI, and emerging technologies. The individual will work closely with Finance Transformation & Enablement, SBU FP&A teams, Capital Management, and aligned data and technology teams to translate Finance business needs into clear requirements and coordinate the delivery of scalable solutions.

Success in this role will depend on the ability to bring structure to complex initiatives, build productive working relationships, proactively identify and resolve challenges, and support the adoption of new capabilities across Finance. With the guidance and sponsorship of Finance leadership, the individual will help move transformation priorities forward and deliver measurable improvements in Finance's efficiency, analytical capabilities, and decision support.
