Job Description

The Nail Technician provides quality, professional services to guests and uses professional skills to meet the individual needs of each guest. Ability to prescribe the appropriate regimen of nail products and services for each guest.

• Provide the highest possible standard of treatment, creating a sensory journey for guests to rest, relax and regain balance and harmony.
• Begin and end treatments at the published time and ensure correct procedures are followed for all treatments.
• Ensure all equipment and supplies in the treatment room are fully stocked on a day-to-day basis.
• Set up nail stations and pedicure thrones according to procedures and dispose of laundry in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels to be prepared for the day.
• Explain product and service benefits to clients with confidence.
• Attend all required department trainings and meetings.
• Perform other duties as required by management.

• Must possess current State Cosmetology License.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed during busy times and high-profile events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be passionate about providing warm, engaging, and personalized service.
• Must meet standards of appearance and maintain a high level of personal hygiene.
• Ability to handle stressful and busy hotel operations with a positive and professional demeanor and composure.
