As Front Desk Receptionist at our prestigious luxury hair salon, you are the first point of contact for our esteemed clients, and you'll play a crucial role in providing a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless salon experience for every guest.

• Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Greet and welcome clients, making them feel valued and comfortable throughout their visit.
• Manage the daily flow of the salon, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a high level of efficiency.
• Offer and prepare a variety of beverages for clients.
• Handle appointment bookings over the phone and in-person, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist clients with appointment changes and address any questions or concerns over the phone.
• Process client payments and maintain a secure and organized payment system.
• Troubleshoot computer and sales Point-of-Sale (POS) issues to ensure a seamless checkout process.
• Uphold cleanliness standards to ensure a spotless and inviting work area.
• Learn and become proficient in the high-end hair products carried by the salon.
• Familiarize yourself with the range of services provided by the salon to effectively address client inquiries.

• Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, and Saturdays (a must).
• A keen sense of fashion and a presentable appearance to align with the salon's upscale image.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
• Exceptional communication skills to engage with clients and colleagues effectively.
• Preferred candidate should have graduated from high school.
• Prior experience in the salon or beauty industry is a bonus, but not mandatory.
