Responsibilities- Assist Senior Hairstylists:
Provide essential support to our senior hairstylists during client appointments, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow. - Continuing
Education:
Engage in regular continuing education and training sessions to stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hairstyling. - Client Interaction:
Collaborate with clients, offering assistance and ensuring their comfort throughout the salon experience. - Maintain Salon Standards:
Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization within the salon to create a positive atmosphere.
- Valid cosmetology license.
- Previous experience as a licensed stylist.
- Commitment to a permanent support role; not seeking to build an independent clientele.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new trends and techniques.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
