• Utilize salon software like MINDBODY to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to client preferences and offering personalized solutions.
• Upsell retail products such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, makeup items, and nail care products to enhance client satisfaction.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hair styling, retail math, and customer engagement strategies.
• Manage front desk duties including appointment bookings, client check-ins, and answering inquiries promptly.
• Stay current with industry trends in barbering, hair extensions, lash extensions, and makeup application through ongoing education.

• Proven expertise in barbering techniques including straight razor shaves and hair threading.
• Strong knowledge of salon software systems like MINDBODY for scheduling and retail management.
• In-depth understanding of color theory to create customized hair coloring solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and team members effectively.
• Experience in retail sales with the ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining genuine customer relationships.
• Skilled in sanitation practices to uphold health standards within the salon environment.
• Ability to perform various beauty services such as eyelash extensions, nail care, makeup application, and hair styling.
