Experienced Hairstylist

An invitation for the established artist ready for an elevated home for their business. We are seeking an experienced hair stylist with five or more years behind the chair and a clientele of their own — whether you flourish as a W-2 team member or as an independent chair renter within our hybrid salon model.

This is a role for a true professional — an artist who has refined their craft, built meaningful guest relationships, and is ready to practice at the highest level. You will join a curated team of senior artists in a boutique salon where standards are high, education is continuous, and every guest experience is intentional.

• Deliver bespoke color, highlighting, blonding, extensions, and cutting services tailored to each individual guest
• Lead thoughtful, in-depth consultations that translate a guest's vision into exceptional results
• Uphold and elevate The Style Lounge standards of luxury service, hospitality, and artistry
• Collaborate within a curated team — education days, mentorship, and shared growth
• Recommend retail and at-home care with confidence, supporting every guest's results

• Massachusetts licensed cosmetologist
• Five or more years of professional salon experience
• An established or growing clientele
