Director, Global HEOR – Top Boston Pharma (Retained Search)

Cornerstone Search Group’s HEOR/Market Access Practice is seeking a high-EQ HEOR professional for a newly created global role focused on US and international launches of a first‑in‑class asset. The role emphasizes prospective studies and the value proposition of this asset for reimbursement and payers across all lifecycle stages.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute the US/Global HEOR strategy for prospective non‑interventional research aligned with the program strategy.
  • Represent HEOR perspectives in cross‑functional forums and with external partners to align research with program and business objectives.
  • Lead with vendor support and oversee protocols, investigator brochures, consent forms, CRFs, statistical analysis plans, and technical reports.
  • Lead Study Execution Teams (SETs) to ensure efficient, high‑quality study execution.
  • Oversee data analysis, interpretation, scientific rigor, and dissemination of results in contextually relevant ways.
  • Develop presentations, manuscripts, and other dissemination materials; coordinate with Medical Affairs for alignment in study design, execution, and dissemination.
  • Represent the company externally with investigators and scientific experts in protocol development and study conduct.
Location

Boston Metro Area (on‑site or hybrid). Three days/week on‑site required.

Compensation

Desired Skills / Qualifications
  • MA/MS, MPH, Pharm

    D, PhD, or MD.
  • 5+ years of experience in health economics, outcomes research, clinical research, or observational studies.
  • Proven experience designing, executing, and analyzing prospective and non‑interventional studies, including site feasibility, CRF development, and recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of GCP, biostatistics, and study design; experience preparing publications and presenting findings.
  • Strategic thinker who connects evidence generation to business and clinical priorities; hands‑on project leadership with execution focus.
  • High emotional intelligence with strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills across stakeholders.
  • Open to therapeutic area experience as relevant to the role.
