As a Lead Caregiver, you'll be the guiding force in creating a warm, respectful, and safe environment. You'll oversee daily activities, mentor new team members, and ensure each client receives tailored care that promotes independence and well-being.

• Lead and coordinate personalized care plans
• Mentor and support fellow caregivers
• Build meaningful connections with clients and their families
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, medication reminders, and mobility support
• Maintain accurate documentation and report any changes in condition
• Promote a positive, respectful, and compassionate atmosphere

• Previous caregiving experience (home care, assisted living, or healthcare)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable nature
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
