Regional Director of Operations (RDO) – Greater Boston , MA

EPP is seeking a strategic, growth-focused RDO to oversee operations across our Boston-area practices. The ideal candidate is a natural trailblazer—skilled at driving change, building relationships, and leading teams to operational excellence. This role blends leadership, business acumen, and a passion for patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive practice success by optimizing patient flow, expenses, and treatment counts.

• Champion patient satisfaction and resolve escalated concerns.

• Review regional performance metrics and present insights to leadership.

• Collaborate with doctors and administrators on personnel, marketing, and goals.

• Lead, mentor, and develop Practice Administrators to ensure operational efficiency.

• Oversee AR, payroll, scheduling, claims, and compliance.

• Foster a positive, engaged practice culture aligned with EPP values.

• Travel 4 days/week within the Greater Boston area; 1 day dedicated to administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Proven ability to analyze P&L and improve performance.

• Skilled in AR, claims, and office processes.

• Proficient with dental software and Microsoft Office.

• Must reside in the Greater Boston Metro area with ability to travel between 8-10 practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in business/healthcare management preferred.

• Annual base salary ranges from $110,000 to $120,000, based on several factors including, but not limited to: candidate work experience, education and training, key skills, etc.
