- Create personalized, functional treatment plans that focus on what matters most to your patients — independence.
- Complete home safety evaluations (aka make homes easier to live in without turning into a renovation show).
- Educate patients and caregivers like the OT superstar you are.
- Keep documentation efficient and straightforward with our user-friendly EMR system.

What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed OTR (Occupational Therapist) in Massachusetts
- At least 1 year of clinical experience
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, but also collaborate when needed
- Experience with EMRs preferred (we promise ours isn’t a nightmare)
- Home health experience is a bonus, but we’ll help you ramp up either way
